CELIS collaborates with companies, public and private entities for studies and research applied to the fields of technological innovation and artificial intelligence and the relationship with sustainability, in line with the objectives of the so-called “Third mission” of the Universities (for information on how to collaborate: https://www.unimib.it/sites/default/files/Allegati/guida_benefici_fiscali-1_0.pdf).
Among the objectives of CELIS are:
- promote scientific collaboration relationships between scholars of different disciplines, in order to identify new lines of research of national and international interest;
- carry out consultancy and research activities on behalf of third-party entities and companies organise training and didactic activities on the theme “Law, Innovation and Sustainability”;
- foster collaboration between research centers – national and foreign – dealing with law, new technologies, innovation and sustainability; disseminate the research results through the editorial series of the Department of Law of the University of Milan – Bicocca;
- organise conferences, meetings and seminars aimed at disseminating the studies of the research areas of CELIS;
